We use hot or cold water pressure washing depending on the level of contamination and the surface involved, and follow up with a biocide treatment on external surfaces to slow the regrowth of algae and moss.
It's commonly used for driveways, patios, and building facades, and is often the right preparation step before a driveway coating or similar protective treatment goes on.
